Half Stop Media was brought in to document Tayo’s six-course modern Filipino dining experience hosted at Nemesis Coffee’s GNW location in Vancouver. The event was part of a growing series celebrating Filipino cuisine and culture, bringing together the local community for an intimate culinary experience.

Our team captured video coverage of the evening, focusing on the atmosphere, the artistry of each course, and the energy shared between the chefs and guests. The event featured a carefully curated six-course tasting menu that blended traditional Filipino influences with modern culinary techniques, creating a memorable dining experience for attendees.

Through a combination of detail-driven food visuals, ambient storytelling, and cinematic event coverage, our goal was to showcase not only the dishes themselves but the broader movement behind the event — a passionate push to elevate and celebrate Filipino cuisine within Vancouver’s vibrant food scene.
